Shipping Policy
We will endeavour to ship all orders within 3 business days. If an item is Out of Stock, you will be notified, and it will be shipped as soon as it is available. The waiting time would normally be no longer than 7 days.
Returns and Credits
We will accept merchandise returns ONLY IF IT IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION and within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a store credit or Bank Transfer in AU Dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition. No items will be accepted, or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
